I'm due to upgrade Monday i have the samsung s23 at the minute can I upgrade to the iphone 16 pro max or is it only certain phones you can upgrade to?

Go via the upgrade option on the iD Mobile app (or your online account portal) and any applicable upgrades tailored to you will be there - don’t go direct to the iD Mobile site (unless you sign in to this too)
Is it only certain phones though or any you want as I'm wanting the iphone 16 pro max
