Dear iDMobile Community,

I’m using this to make contact as the iDMobile website itself (and live chat) seems to be totally inoperative for much of today. Trying to open www.idmobile.co.uk gets me a message saying:

“The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 13404291768187563597”

Did someone forget to pay the meter otherwise what is going on?? My connection speed (when there is any connection at all) seems like the off-spring of a geriatric turtle and a sloth combined. Explanation please iDMobile Moderators/Staff - my postcode is PH1 5TJ and yes I know there is on-going work taking place on the Three network in my area for over a month now. It has at least been usable on 3 G on other days but even that's atrocious now as well and I’ve no idea why your website is broken.

I'm having the same issue. It only happens on one device as well, as far as I can tell, my Pixel 7. Loads up on my laptop.

….

This is an issue that has been around for a long time, and yet iD choose to ignore (or can’t fix) it.

When you sign in to the iD community using “Remember Me” option, this error will happen when you try and access https://www.idmobile.co.uk using the same web browser.

Use a different browser or sign out of the iD community and the iD Mobile web site works okay.

That seems like a showstopper bug for them to not be bothered fixing it (with urgency). I’ve tried logging on with my phone and this laptop (which was just factory reset yesterday) today had its first foray onto (well at least attempt to) the iDMobile website so it cant be cookies or web browser history related because there wasnt any there in the first place). My phone gives exactly the same error.

I wonder why iDMobile staff aren’t commenting - especially with regard to the extremely slow speeds this afternoon and evening in my area. The ongoing Three fault has been there for over a month and it seems to be getting worse, rather than better. Is there light at the end of the tunnel or is it a train heading in my direction?

Does the online checker https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support, for your postcode, report problems?

Potentially, network performance could be below par for another two years while Three UK shutdown their 3G network (by end of 2024), upgrade their 4G network, and deploy their 5G network.

Good luck @FlyingKiwi.

Hey @FlyingKiwi

The issue has already been fed back and is being worked on.

The postcode shows that there’s some ongoing work in the area at the moment. There’s no current ETA showing for this.
