Incoming and outgoing calls


Phone not doing outgoing calls or incoming calls -Gloucester - can still make calls through messenger etc

There is currently degradation to 3G and 4G voice calls. 3UK engineers are investigating the issue. For the latest updates, please check our Service Status page.

Same in Motherwell, husband, daughter and I all on iD network.. no house phone either. I hope they fix it soon, waiting on important call 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can't make nor receive calls since 11am. I hope we get compensated for the inconvenience. Late last year, there was an outage for a day, yet we got no adjustment to our bills.

Yes I remember last year and like you say ID should give some compensation for this disruption as last year was nothing.

Has this been resolved as I can’t receive make calls been most of day what are ID doing about it can you contact them does anyone know as new to ID

You can only contact them via chat and that's how they get away with it. I just can't wait to leave in 6 months time. Worst mobile service I've ever encountered.

Same in cheshire...no calls but data ok

Same in East Sussex.  No calls in- or outgoing for five hours now.  ID mobile app states there will be an update a 18.00 - nothing.  This is shocking service.  We should all be compensated and I think there should be grounds for early termination of contract.

Same issue here in North Wales not able to call out and when people try and call me it rings on their end but no call logged on my phone my other SIM Vodafone that I'm due to transfer my number from works fine! May end up leaving if the main provider three don't sort their issues out.

Update to earlier post:  ID app is showing an update at 18.00 (it wasn’t) saying that 3UK engineers have identified and isolated the suspected issue.  Pretty meaningless without more info about the nature of the issue and an estimated time to restore service.
