My number was ported over this morning and I can make calls but not receive them. The incoming call goes to the voicemail of my old provider. Please help

Thanks for getting in touch.
We apologise for any delays with the port. The process can fully complete anywhere between 8am and 10pm on the day.
If you have had a message to confirm the port has completed, please do restart the handset and also check that the number is showing correctly in the settings.

Hi Nat. Thanks for the reply. I ended up contacting EE who looked into it for me. The had failed to disconnect my ee voicemail so the line was still active for incoming calls which went straight to ee voicemail. They sorted that out for me and within 60 min I was fully up and running so all good now. As my porting day was the day before I was getting concerned. Thanks again for getting back to me.
