Hello I am looking to find out what the £7.53 extra is on my bill and when my contract ends

    For information on your charges, please refer to your monthly statement as this will have a breakdown available.

    I can’t figure nd when contact ends ? Please advise how to check

    Hi there ​@Toonheeder, you can view when your contract started whilst logged into the iD Mobile app/website, or check your emails for when you ordered from us, and then if you know if your plan is a 1-month, 12-month or 24-month plan, you can easily work out your contract end date from then.
