Has anyone knows why all of a sudden I have no internet. It is been 3days now I have no internet with my mobile, it works fine before but now I don’t have internet. I’ve tried to chat with the customer service using hotspot with my other mobile phone but it kept on dropping the connection. Is anyone knows the contact number of the customer service? thanks

    Sorry to hear this, is this happening wherever you are or just certain locations?

     

    Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

     

    Is the issue just with data? How are calls and texts?

     

    We don’t have a phone number for general customer services, sorry.
