My iPhone 15 is not allowing me make or receive calls. It is constantly on 2 bars. Really poor service as I can’t speak to anyone. How do I get in a live chat?

Please can you ensure you’re connected to 4G/4G Volte.
Also, please turn off iMessage, restart your phone, and see if this helps.
Finally, check your phone number is correct in your settings.

Have not been able to make calls for a few days, probably not receive them either. When I call out nothing just call ended message and a beep after a while. My daughter also on ID is experiencing the same. Im running a work sim in the same phone and thats working fine.
