My Samsung A54 won't connect to a network and the battery is draining and overheating. The SIM works in other devices and other SIMs won't work with my device. Can anyone please help?

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried a network settings reset?
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings
How long have you had the device?
