Good evening, im looking at getting a phone with you but not sure if I’ll pass the credit check due to some past issues, if I pay the first month like it says amd get rejected what happens then to the money ?

When you place an order for a phone on a monthly plan, we do perform a credit check to ensure the plan is suitable for your circumstances. If the credit check is not approved, your order will not go ahead.
Any payment you have made, such as your first month’s payment, will be refunded in full if your application is declined. You will not be charged for the contract or the device if your credit check is unsuccessful. You can contact our sales team on 08000490250 for more information.
