keeping my number from old contract with o2

Hi, I'm keeping my number from my old contract from o2 . Received my pac code from o2 . Filled in details so can use my old number for my new sim only contract with mobile id.. submit details then keeps coming back as error???

Have you tried chatting to the iD customer advisers, and asked them to process your PAC, ​@KJB71

Hi there, I eventually sorted the issue reference keeping my old number for my new sim only contract with iD mobile . Used a WhatsApp chat with iD mobile & they sorted everything for me & my phone & unlimited sim are fab .. 👌

Hi Kash it isn’t sorted yet unfortunately.

Keeps coming up error.

Transition code should be 410892720

Which I have tried

All other details are correct

I want to keep my own number.

Sadly I require this very soon as need it for work

Firstly it is entirely up to you ​@Bobmcphail, but your post with the image includes a lot of info and scammers could give you a few issues. This is a public forum and anyone (even those not registered) can read this. I have flagged that post in the hope the content is swiftly hidden.

Secondly, if you look further up this topic you’ll see a post with a link to iD’s live chat. Follow the advice (talk to a person) and live chat should be able to apply the PAC for you - the human aspect is there until 8pm.
