Hi, I'm keeping my number from my old contract from o2 . Received my pac code from o2 . Filled in details so can use my old number for my new sim only contract with mobile id.. submit details then keeps coming back as error???

Have you tried chatting to the iD customer advisers, and asked them to process your PAC,
Tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
