Does anyone know how to contact an advisor? I have tried the live chat, but it doesn’t work

When selecting login issues in the chat box it only gives me options of forgot password and forgot  email.

I really need to access my account.Please can someone help?

Okay ​@efciaefcia3, to web chat with an iD Mobile customer adviser, you’ll need to tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
