I am looking to move from o2 to ID in the next few days - my o2 account is a sim only, and ends agreement on the 11th March (the monthly bill has already been taken but assuming I will be refunded for what I don’t use) I am wondering if I can order the phone from ID now, ready to change over on the 11th but I want to know when will I be charged my first bill with ID? is it immediately when I purchase the phone, when it has been delivered, or when I activate it? Ideally trying to avoid paying for two phone contracts at the same time! Thanks.
