Why as myphone no not come over to this contract people are not ansering me when i phone them there saying they dont know the no its [REDACTED]

I’d recommend the article originally suggested by ​@MZone to see if anything in there helps switch your number over, it may be a settings issue.

        ​@Terry Leppert  Hi there as pointed out by ​@MZone  have you look at the links posted to you?

        Also please do not post any personal details be it phone number porting over or number supplied by ID Mobile nor any IDMobile account  details likewise banking information. We don't want your personal information misused by other's and IDMobile can't be held responsible if this did happen.

        Can you go back to each of your post and edit them by deleting the phones numbers please. 

        To edit a post near the bottom of the page are three dot's to the right of the " quotes symbol click on to this will bring up edit option.
