You would need to provide 30 days notice if you wish to cancel the contract without moving the number.
However you can also provide the 30 days notice 30 days before the contract ends if you would like it to end on the end date.

Apologies, I don’t think that really answers the question.
Is there a normal time frame of when we need to cancel before the end of contract, is it before 30days or in the time period of 30days left of contract. Would you be charged fees for getting this wrong?
How do we speak to someone in the team without using this forum?
