ive broken my phone it wont charge and it’ll cost me far too much to get it repaired what do i do?

    Thank you for your message.

    You can check whether you're eligible for an upgrade and take out a new phone if you wish.

    If your device is damaged and you don't have insurance, or if it's no longer covered under the manufacturer's warranty, I'm afraid there isn't much we can do regarding the handset. If you're eligible, upgrading to a new device may be the best option.
