my screens started flickering what do i do

We're sorry to hear your screen has started flickering.

We'd recommend trying the following:

• Restart your phone.
• Make sure your phone's software is fully up to date.
• Check whether the flickering only happens in a specific app. If so, try updating or reinstalling that app.
• Reduce or turn off Adaptive Brightness (or Auto Brightness) to see if that makes a difference.
• Remove any screen protector or case if it's pressing against the screen.
• If your phone has recently been dropped or exposed to water, this could indicate physical damage.

If the screen continues to flicker after trying the above, we'd recommend arranging for the device to be inspected by the manufacturer or an authorised repair centre, as it may be a hardware issue requiring repair.
