Need help to change my number

Hi!

I've ordered an ID mobile sim card and I am trying to use my PAC code from my former mobile network to keep my number but it doesn't work.

I can't find any 'transaction number' anywhere. The only number I have is my ID order number and when I try to use it on the form to keep my phone number it says "an error has occurred".

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

Stephanie

Hi @StephanieT and @Dmidmob

If you have your transaction number it’s pretty easy. Go into the ID mobile app > got to the plan page and then click “switch to id” and follow instructions. You will need to txt 65075 the word PAC from your old number / the number you want to switch from

Hi @GREATRIVER & @SUBHANQADEER1

We’d recommend using the iD Mobile port form.

Does any of this help?

If you still can’t find it then that link also tells you how to contact iD via their live chat.

Sorry @SUBHANQADEER1

I’m only a customer like you and iD don’t have a telephone number for support

You can however use live chat -

Hi @SUBHANQADEER1

I’m not sure what you mean by “customers number”, when using the live chat it may ask for your phone number, in which case it may be best to give the number we originally gave to you with the plan, not the one you wish to transfer over, just for the sake of the conversation.

Alternatively to live chat, we’re available on Facebook and Twitter.
