I've been having problems with my ID Mobile data connection and ability to make phone calls for the past 7 days.  I've been on the network since February 2025 and the connection was great but now unable to read to load an article or do anything. I have tried switching phone off and on but makes no difference and need the connection as have young kids so need to be contactable at all times.  There are others in the area that have the same issue.  When will the issue be resolved and when can I be compensated or can I be excused from the 24 month contract as need network connection and the ability to have phone calls. How do I speak to someone at ID Mobile to resolve this issue.

Hi ​@KingSabaroche  sorry to hear this. Have you checked the links ​@MZone  had sent, as these will show if there are any mast works on-going in your area at the moment.

To speak to someone use the iD online Live Chat service.    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
