new contract purchased online.

Good afternoon, 

i purchased a new contract online and was unable to add my PAC code and I don’t know my ID mobile number as it isn’t being delivered until the 30 Oct. 
 

is it possible to to add PAC code so it’s good to go on arrival please? 
 

also the direct Debit i havent seen anything regarding this or when it is expected to come out my bank. 
 

I have been unable to get to speak to an online agent also so not the best of starts with ID Mobile.

Yes, you can add your PAC code before your SIM arrives so your number is ready to transfer when your iD Mobile SIM is activated. Just visit the iD Mobile Switching Portal and complete the form with your PAC code and details. This will schedule the transfer for when your SIM is active.

If you haven’t seen any direct debit activity yet, that’s normal for a new contract.

-Your first bill is usually generated the day after your plan starts.
-The Direct Debit is taken around 14 days after your bill is issued.


-You can manage or view your Direct Debit setup via the iD Mobile app or My Account.
If you haven’t set up your Direct Debit yet, you can do so in the app or online by going to:
Billing > Payments > Set up a Direct Debit.

I am unable to complete the PAC request as i dont know my new ID Mobile phone number it isn’t in any emails or documents. 
 

I am also unable to register for the App or online for the same reason I don’t have the new phone number. 
 

I know where the online chat is however it isn’t working for me or family so unable to speak to anybody. 
 

not a great start at all

I completely understand how upsetting and stressful this must feel especially when you’re trying to get your PAC code and can’t even find your new number or reach anyone to help.

 

To find your new iD Mobile number:

You can find your new iD Mobile number directly from your SIM, even if you haven’t registered for the app yet.

Try one of the following options:

  1. Insert your SIM into your phone and then:
  1. On most Android phones: go to Settings → About Phone → Status → SIM Status.
  1. On iPhones: go to Settings → Phone → My Number (if blank, skip to the next option).
  1. Alternatively, text the word “Number” to 88600 — you should get a free reply showing your iD Mobile number.

Luna the Phone doesn’t arrive until the 30 Oct hence the reason trying to sort it all now so it arrives good to go is this possible?

I would then suggest that you get a replacement sim card from your nearest Curry's. When you get the sim, you can contact our live chat customer service team to have this activate to the account, they can also assist with porting your number (number transfer) to your old number with the pac code. I hope this does answer your question.
