New customer - eSIM not working

Hey there.

Looking for some help please.

I placed an order earlier this evening and during the checkout I provided my PAC code to bring over my existing number - this completes on 08/10.

However, after installing the eSIM, I’m getting emergency calls only and in SIM manager, I am getting Unknown number showing under the eSIM.

How can I fix this?

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried a network settings reset?

 

What device is the eSIM in?

I might have been quick off the mark as the SIM went live about  half an hour after installing the eSIM.

Now fully up and running and number port on the 8th so happy days :)
