New SIM Card - Emergency Calls Only

I've recently purchased a SIM card and so far have successfully used within a 4G LTE device. However I would like to register the SIM card so that I may access various facilities. When I put the SIM card into a dumb phone to receive the verification code, the phone seems to indicate "Emergency Calls Only".

 

Please advise ASAP.

Try and use the web admin interface of your 4G LTE device, to read the iD text message for account registration.
