Hi, hope someone can help, new contract and phone Iphone Pro 16, arrived installed sim get 4g showing on phone but unable to send receive txt or calls or anything, support chat said sim activated, tried sim in wifes Iphone 14, same thing 4g sign but unable to call/txt. Tried sim in android phone and hey presto works fine!! so we changed sim from currys re registered new sim on line and excatly same situation with new sim also wont work in Iphones but working in android. Tried re setting Iphone network etc but still nothing, anyone any ideas pleaseThanks all

Sorted!!All had to do was re enter my phone number underSettings/Apps/Phone/My number/enter my phone number starting with +44And hey presto Sim/Phone working fineCheers
