no connection cant send calls or text or use data

Phone has stopped working only works on wifi can't use calls or texts or data. I've restarted it. Turned aeroplane mode on and then off after 30 secs . Sim has no service In any other phone please tell me what's going on I'm not happy

    On my phone  I can't restart it won't let me all I see is a faint blue tint on the screen

    Sounds like the screen has failed - it might need to be replaced, @Mandy Hughes. 

    You can discuss repair options in any Currys store.
