No data. overage in Whitehaven CA28?


There has been no data coverage on ID mobile in Whitehaven town for several weeks now? Call coverage is patchy as well. Service checker has said there is an issue you are working on for a number of weeks but no further details.
Can you let us know what is going on and when it will be fixed? If this is long term, I will need to change provider.

@Jim.01  Afternoon to you sorry to hear about you situation. What I shall do is forward your inquiry to a member of staff of IDMobile. The reason I say member of staff myself and many other members are just volunteers try to give back to the community.

I can't say when they get back to you but at least I can make them aware of this ongoing situation.
