Question

No expiry date contact shpwing in ID App

Hi

It was showing on my iD app that I can upgrade from tomorrow but now when I tried to do change plan it's says no plans available.

It's not showing ID app how long I have left on contact and when I asked they sent text message saying if I leave ID mobile I have to pay remaining line rental £108.00.

I dont know how this figure is calculated and how long i left on contract?

Could someone from ID confirm the contract expire date and where I can see it.

As I was never sent this information either on email when I joined ID mobile

I have looked at all my emails from ID mobile and there is no confirmation of contract date and when it will expire.

I will await you're response.

Thank you

@Salma1455 Go to the plan section on the app/webpage and then click on contract details and it will tell you there.

Hello @Salma1455

Thank you for getting in touch.

Have you been able to locate the information on the iD Mobile app?

If not please let us know.

Thanks,

Hi Natalie

Thank you for reply.

I can't find inflammation on the app.

Could you tell me where I can find inflammation in relation to my contract?

I will await your response.

Thanks

Hi @Salma1455

I’d recommend going to the plan section and seeing the contract details drop down box as shown above by @MZone, this should show your contract start date and the duration of it.
