I have just joined but I have not received the new number which is required to PAC to my old number. How long does it take? The account is complete.

Okay @Sydh, if you pop your new iD SIM into a handset, and then call / text a friend / family member, they should be able to see your new number, and report back with the number. 

A new iD SIM is delivered ready to use (i.e. activated).
