Hi. 
I cannot access adult related websites

    Such sites blocked by default as per UK legislation. You can turn off via the app🐶

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access adult content websites.

    This issue is usually caused by the Adult Content Restriction being enabled on the account. 

    Please confirm whether the Adult Content Restriction is showing as disabled in your iD Mobile account or app?
