not able to receive calls when in Ireland

I can make calls when in Ireland but I am unable to receive calls- since joining ID mobile a few weeks ago. 
I have tried to chat to ID mobile a number of times but am getting nowhere. 
They told me to reset network settings but this did not help. 
They then told me to contact them when in Ireland so they could resolve the problem. I contacted them today and sat in a car park for 40 minutes trying to resolve the issue. It was a complete waste of time. Any ideas on how to fix this. 
I read that someone else who travelled to Spain had the same issue.

I’m sorry to hear this, is the number in your device settings the correct one? (With +44 on the front, not 0)

 

When people are calling you, are they using the +44 code instead of 0 on your number?

Also make sure you are using Hutchison 3G Ireland Ltd, Eircom Limited or Vodafone Ireland as the roaming network.
