not allowing me to enter pac code

I have been given a pac code from my old supplier but everytime i click "switch now" to get the number transferred to id mobile, it just logs me out! I have tried this at least 10 times and it is getting me very frustrated. I had an issue with registering my e sim too and not being able to talk to a real human is making me feel like I've made the worst decision switching to id mobile. Please help. Im going out of my mind
