not recieving esim??

I signed up for monthly esim. Said thank you for your order. But im not receiving the esim??? Ive checked spam folder too

They won’t have processed the order yet. You need to have a credit check done and passed before they send you the eSIM. Will probably be tomorrow now.

    Hey there ​@Natalie Heamez, as kindly advised by ​@MZone, you will need to await at least 24-hours for order confirmation, and then it may take slightly longer for your order to be fully completed and dispatched/emailed in your case as it’s eSIM.

     

    What date did you order and where from please?
