Number has transferred for calls but not SMS

I recently joined iDMobile and transferred my number from 3 using the PAC obtained. My number has transferred and shows on the iDMapp and when making calls, but when I send SMS texts my messages appear from an unknown number, not my transferred number. Any suggestions? Thanks

Are you still having issues with this?

 

Have you tried the above suggested network reset?

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For most Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

For Samsung; 

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings


Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @AWig? 

Your handset user guide usually covers reset procedures.
