Number transfer hasn’t happened as promised, can anyone advise when this may happen. I am unable to log in as neither no are recognised. Not a good start to a new contract, wishing I had stayed with O2 and they were dreadful

Probably best to use the online iD Live Chat service and speak to their customer advisers about your switch, @Ellie Reads

Have you tried Facebook Messenger or X, @Ellie Reads

That was sorted eventually but now the phone that wa s traded in has not been processed and all emails are ignored, really wish I hadn’t signed up to iD I have had nothing but hassle from the off 🥹

Thank you, spoke to someone in complaints who has finally got the trade in sorted but now the promised £50 enhancement hasn’t been added. One thing after another, how hard is it to things right!!

@Matthew T it hasn’t been at all! I haven’t received the £50 enhancement as promised and form filled in prior to sending device, it’s awful service
