Good morning, 

I have collected by new phone yesterday and when perchasing I put in my pac code to keep my number but didn’t give me a switch over date. My number still hasn’t switched over and I’m having to go between 2 phones. I am unable to speak to someone over the phone and I have had a horrible experiences from the start so far! If someone could help in getting my number switched over!

I have already tried to do this online also but it will not work.
