I recently upgraded my phone about 2 months ago, When doing so I asked a member on the live chat at Tesco all the questions including if my current contract at ID mobile would be cancelled etc they said that everything would be transferred over to the new provider Tesco, My old phone had been paid off and I was just paying to keep it running basically.
However, I`ve noticed on my bank statement that they have been charging me still and yes it`s a DD. Is it possible I could get a refund? I will also delete my DD...When they let me
