I have just this minute purchased a 12 month sim only deal from you, believing from what I read on your guidance about buying a Sim, that before the final checkout I would be asked if I wanted to switch from another provider/keep my old number. I wasn’t asked.
I’ve since spotted that it looks like I have to go through the Switching providers page? I tried that and it asked for a transaction number (which I don’t have on the welcome email) and I’m not even sure if I can now switch to the new sim I’ve just ordered?
I am now thoroughly confused. When my Sim arrives in the post can I still ask for my old number to be switched from my previous provider? And if so, how? The PAC number is THB070044
