Other person can't hear me

Hi, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. When I make an outgoing call, frequently the other person can't hear me at all, and other times they can only partially hear me (my voice keeps breaking up). I can hear them perfectly clearly. It seems to be getting worse. However, when the other person calls me, they usually are able to hear me just fine. 

I have tried disabling WiFi Calling, disabling WiFi and Bluetooth, and resetting network settings. Nothing has worked. I should say, WhatsApp and Discord calls work flawlessly, as does using the sound recorder app, so it seems my microphone works fine.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Have you got 4G calling or VoLTE activated in your settings?

    I do indeed have VoLTE calls enabled in settings. Could that be an issue?

    You need on if 3G has been switched off in your area. You can try turning it odd and see if it makes a difference.

    Unfortunately, turning it off does not make a difference.
