Hi, the problem is only with Virgin credit card (app)

Spoken with them, who suggest to contact my SIM company. As all is ok at there end.

Sorry to hear that ​@Ctbutcher, can you receive normal texts okay, and one-time passwords from other companies also?

Hi, I can receive texts as normal and one time passcodes from other companies. I can even receive one time passcodes from virgin bank but not from virgin credit card.

I have spoken with them and they have done all they can and came to the conclusion it could possibly be a problem as at iD.
