Over charged and two accounts created


I have been charged an extra month after i Upgraded to sim only. You where supposed to cancel another contract so i only had one number. I have now been charged twice

No its not quite the answer I was looking for.

so I have went from £48 monthly bill in June to, and i still only have 1 phone number.

£48 over payment

£12 for another phone number which was supposed to be cancelled.

£10 for the upgrade which i am using.

and I my billing part of the app is reading  Minus £29.60..?????????

If anyone can understand this please get back to me.
