Got my pac code and trying to change number it is giving a error message

You can submit your port using the link below:

https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn

In most cases the error is due to an order number being entered rather than the transaction number that starts with a 4 (usually on your welcome email)

That link and all the other pac code input links are coming up error page is this an issue is there another way to give pac code to retain old number

Keep trying, same happened to me last night but eventually it accepted. I was losing faith but worked, just waiting for completion.

Since Monday 17/03/2025, my phone can not call out and can not receive calls. Please I want leave sent me PAC. Have tried to make it work but ID Mobile did not provide my phone with network.                          Here are details for PAC request; Date of birth (Information removed)

Thanks Natalie for reaching out, I visited where you pinpointed and I can not sort out PAC request, my phone can not sent messages, I got the number 65075 to message but not going through.
