Hi I have just joined IDmobile today, got my new phone and trying to request old number to be ported over with PAC code.
Getting a message to say Pac code is not accepted and try again. I have checked with my provider and the Pac code is correct, please can someone help me sort this as don't want to be paying for two contracts and carrying two phones.

Just read through some similar querys and people suggest contacting the live chat team, I will do this tomorrow sounds like a good suggestion.
