partial port failure

My number was due to be ported over from 3 mobile yesterday. Received text saying this had been completed and restarted my phone as suggested. I can receive calls and text on my original 3 mobile number but when sending texts or making calls it’s going out on the iD mobile number. Under my Apple ID it’s showing the iD mobile number but on my iD mobile app it’s showing my original 3 mobile number. Looks like the port has only partially been successful

I have the same problem, received an sms from ID advising Port completed but I can't receive calls however I can send sms and make calls. Can anyone help please??

Keep getting call failed on my phone

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues here, please try the below;

 

1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. 
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"

If you are having issues with the above please retry with flight mode enabled and/or the SIM card removed.

Is this when making a call outbound or receiving inbound?

 

How are texts and data?

 

How many bars of signal are you getting when you have the call failed error?
