My  DD date was the 7th, my payment history shows that it has been paid, but money still hasn’t come out of my account, can someone help me?

Hey there ​@Rampton92, sorry to hear that. Sometimes, when a direct debit fails or bounces, it can show as paid in the app/website as an error, but hasn’t actually been taken.

 

Please check your bank, and if the payment hasn’t been taken, then you will most likely need to pay manually this month and then re-instate your direct debit.

 

You may want to ask your bank why the payment failed if so.
