I paid my bill at 3pm. On account it's still showing it hasn't been paid. It has been taken from my bank account

Hey ​@rhian_parry. We had an issue with payments recently. This issue has been resolved by the team, and they’re currently processing the backlog. We expect the payments to process by midday today and your bar will be subsequently lifted.
