CM3 4NN not sure what other services are missing at the moment . Outgoing phone calls are a big concern

Is there an online chat for, it is taking days to get an answer as to why my phone does not make calls. The contract is on a week old and so far I have been unable to use my phone as a phone !!

Okay ​@LJB0967, iD Mobile do have an online chat service for customer support.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

Tell the 24/7 iD bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

My phone won’t make calls again to people in my contacts says I’ve run out off my allowance and is happening more and more now thing is I’m on unlimited everything it’s getting quite annoying now and thinking off leaving
