How will I find out if my phone has been returned if I can't access my email account that is on my account,and I cannot change because my sim is deactivated.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Pete6610  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

    You should have a tracking reference from the driver who collected your device?

    I needed a pin to recieve phone but my old email address is on my id and I cannot change it because my sim is deactivated.
