My Google pixel phone won't charge and displays a phone symbol with a question mark in it. I've seen online that this is a known issue relating to a battery fault and that it should be replaced. I can't find a way to speak with ID Mobile customer services to resolve this!

Was the phone purchased in the past 28 days? If so, you’ll be eligible for an exchange. If not, it’ll need to be sent off for repair. To do this, you’ll need to visit your local Currys store who can send it off to Google for you, or contact Google directly.
