Was this promotion via iD Mobile?
The reason for asking is that the latest iD offers related to a Samsung product is the Galaxy Chromebook Go, not a Smart Watch. And the previous offer referring to a Samsung product was the Samsung Buds
Also, just in case you’re not aware, iD don’t currently offer any SIM/eSIM service for watches either so you’d need a SIM/eSIM from a different service provider
Anyway, regardless their live chat should be able to email you the document you require
