Proof of usage

Hi. I have both my sons on a sim only contract with you. Both phones are damaged so I've put a claim in as I'm covered with barclays tech pack.

However they said I need a proof of usage {not purchase} to continue the claim and to email them back with this. Can you help please?

Hi @Evilneedle 

Are you not able to provide your monthly bill as this tecnically is proof of usage or monthly allowance.

Thanks. I'll try that. I don't understand why they would want first and last time used. Never had to do this before when claiming. 🤷‍♂️
