I ordered a new sim earlier today and am yet to receive an email confirming my order. How am I supposed to know if and when my sim will arrive?

An iD SIM only order takes 3-5 working days for delivery,

Posting an email address in an online public forum probably isn’t a great idea - hope people don’t start spamming you,
FYI, iD phone orders are delivered using DPD, so once dispatched you should get email/s from DPD - if not, perhaps your order hasn’t been processed / dispatched.
The iD Mobile sales team might be able to assist - contact sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.
