Usually there’s an iD Mobile web order reference number, shown on screen, when placing an online order, @Caitlin Aird.

Hello hope everyone is healthy and well can someone please tell me I have ordered two upgrades mobile phones to be delivered today I was told buy advisor that would receive confirmation email of delivery but not received anything can someone help please regards Mr Mark Rodgers894@gmail.com

Posting an email address in an online public forum probably isn’t a great idea - hope people don’t start spamming you, @Potluck24. 

FYI, iD phone orders are delivered using DPD, so once dispatched you should get email/s from DPD - if not, perhaps your order hasn’t been processed / dispatched.
